Ethereal Armageddon
Role: Programmer/Level Design

          Ethereal Armageddon is a short demo of the beginning of what could be a larger RPG experience developed in Unity. The unnamed player embarks out into the wilderness to kill rats and find grandmas favorite flower. I was the lead programmer on this game while also assisting with level design. Here is a list of the most important tasks I completed:

  • Created 3rd person controller that's integrated into a state machine with "Cinemachine".
  • Developed enemy ai that runs on a similar state machine as the player.
  • Added a targeting system to make it easier to attack enemies.
  • Developed a modular Questing and Dialog system from scratch that uses scriptable objects.
  • Developed the terrain, water, and the surrounding mountain area.

This is just a short list of the tasks that were completed, as this was developed over the course of a semester.
